1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using betjiili in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Acceptance is indicated by any of the following actions:

• Completing the betjiili account registration process and clicking the confirmation checkbox.
• Logging in to an existing betjiili account after the publication of revised Terms & Conditions.
• Making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the betjiili platform.

If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, you must not register an account, must not place any bets or wagers, and must not use betjiili in any capacity. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms and any future amendments.

These Terms & Conditions are published in English and govern the relationship between betjiili and all Players, including those accessing the platform from Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. In the event of any conflict between a translated version (if any) and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

To register a betjiili account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, a false name, or an address that does not correspond to your actual location — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain a betjiili account, you must at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Be a natural person — corporate entities and artificial persons may not register player accounts.
• Provide a valid mobile number accessible in Bangladesh and capable of receiving SMS verification.
• Not be subject to a current self-exclusion agreement with betjiili.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of betjiili, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• Not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law, to the extent that such prohibition applies to you personally.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one active betjiili account at any time. Opening a second account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions. betjiili will close duplicate accounts upon detection, and any winnings or bonuses accumulated through a duplicate account may be voided. Players who have previously self-excluded may not open new accounts for the duration of their self-exclusion period.

3.3 KYC Verification

betjiili requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before making their first withdrawal and may request KYC at any point during the account lifecycle. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID — either a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or a current passport. betjiili may additionally request a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and a selfie photograph holding the ID document. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period of request may result in withdrawal restriction or account suspension.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betjiili login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or SMS verification codes with any other person. betjiili will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact support@betjiili immediately. betjiili offers two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS, and Players are strongly encouraged to enable this feature.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on betjiili are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). betjiili does not charge platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside betjiili's control.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

betjiili currently accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh-based players:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Local Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

betjiili reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to available payment methods via the platform's notification system.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay is ৳200.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited.
• betjiili reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit source is legitimately owned by the Player (e.g., screenshot of the bKash transaction confirmation showing the sender's registered name).
• Deposits are typically credited to your betjiili balance instantly or within a few minutes. If a deposit does not credit within 30 minutes, contact support@betjiili with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. This anti-money-laundering control is a platform policy and cannot be bypassed.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and play, but may not withdraw.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the betjiili payments team. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during support hours (BST, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• betjiili reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals pending additional verification where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or Terms & Conditions violation.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will not be included in withdrawal calculations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

betjiili offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, and Eid. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all betjiili promotions unless the specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple instances of the same bonus via duplicate accounts or shared devices will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the offer terms. Bonuses and associated pending winnings that have not been wagered within the stated period will expire automatically.
• betjiili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations already incurred by Players who have accepted a bonus.
• Bonuses that are obtained through exploitation of a technical error, loophole, or unintended platform behaviour may be voided at betjiili's discretion, even after wagering requirements have been nominally satisfied.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

Where a welcome bonus is offered to new betjiili account holders, the following conditions apply in addition to the general bonus rules above:

• The welcome bonus is available to new Players only — Players who have previously held a betjiili account are not eligible, regardless of the account status.
• The qualifying deposit must be made using a method eligible under the welcome bonus offer. Deposits made via a payment method excluded from the offer (if any) will not trigger the bonus.
• The minimum qualifying deposit amount will be specified in the welcome bonus offer terms.
• Free bet credits issued as part of a welcome bonus must be used on the markets or game categories specified in the offer and will not contribute to wagering requirements on restricted markets.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

betjiili offers sports betting markets (including cricket, football, and kabaddi), live casino games (including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and Andar Bahar), RNG slot games, and arcade-format games. The following rules govern betting and play activity across all product verticals.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted by the platform. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player unless a specific cash-out or bet-edit feature is available for that market and has been used within the permitted window.
• betjiili reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including where a market has been suspended due to a live event development, where an obvious pricing error has occurred, or where there is reasonable suspicion of irregular betting activity.
• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently voided (e.g., due to event cancellation or force majeure) will have their stake returned to the Player's account balance unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, the official result as recorded by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) will be the primary reference. betjiili's decision on settlement disputes is final.

6.2 Live Betting (In-Play)

Live in-play betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series) and other sports is available on betjiili subject to market availability. In-play odds update continuously and reflect real-time match developments. Connectivity delays between the live event and the platform may occasionally result in bets being accepted at odds that do not reflect the most current in-play situation. betjiili reserves the right to void bets accepted after a material event (such as a wicket or boundary) where there is clear evidence that the bet was placed with knowledge of that event before the odds were updated.

6.3 Casino & RNG Games

All RNG (Random Number Generator) casino and slot games available on betjiili use certified random number generation technology provided by the respective game studios — including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others. betjiili does not alter or influence game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are as published by the respective studios. Live casino games are operated by third-party live dealer studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi) and are governed by those studios' table rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

6.4 Stake Limits

betjiili applies minimum and maximum stake limits that vary by market, game, and player account status. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a bet or loading a game. betjiili reserves the right to reduce the maximum stake available to individual accounts where irregular betting patterns have been detected, without prior notice or obligation to provide a reason.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on betjiili. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity, age, or location.
• Duplicate Accounts: Opening or operating more than one betjiili account, including accounts created under different names or payment methods.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotions through systematic low-risk betting strategies, matched betting using bonus funds, or any other technique designed to extract guaranteed value from promotional offers without genuine engagement.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to share information or coordinate bets in live poker, live casino, or sports exchange markets in a manner that confers an unfair advantage.
• Use of Automated Software: Employing bots, scripts, predictive algorithms, odds-scraping tools, or any form of automated software to place bets or interact with the betjiili platform.
• Arbitrage Exploitation: Systematically identifying and exploiting pricing errors or cross-platform arbitrage opportunities on betjiili.
• Money Laundering: Using betjiili as a mechanism to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing or legitimising funds derived from illegal activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal via a payment provider for funds that have been legitimately wagered on betjiili.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing betjiili staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or maintain an account while under the age of 18, or facilitating access to the platform by a person under 18.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

betjiili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its absolute discretion. In exercising this right, betjiili will act reasonably and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The following outlines the primary circumstances under which account action may be taken.

8.1 Suspension Pending Investigation

betjiili may temporarily suspend an account where it has reasonable grounds to investigate a potential Terms & Conditions violation, suspected fraud, identity verification issue, or payment dispute. During a suspension, the Player will not be able to log in, place bets, or request withdrawals. betjiili will make reasonable efforts to complete such investigations promptly and will communicate the outcome to the Player via the registered email address on the account.

8.2 Permanent Closure — Platform-Initiated

betjiili may permanently close a Player account under the following circumstances:

• Confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
• Discovery that the account was opened in violation of a self-exclusion agreement.
• Legal obligation, regulatory instruction, or court order requiring account closure.

Where an account is permanently closed for a Terms & Conditions breach, any balance remaining in the account — including any pending withdrawals — may be voided at betjiili's discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. betjiili will communicate the reason for closure to the Player where legally permissible.

8.3 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request permanent closure of their betjiili account at any time by contacting support@betjiili. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be refunded to the Player's verified withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe. Players who close their account for responsible gaming reasons (i.e., self-exclusion) should clearly state this in their closure request so that the appropriate permanent self-exclusion protocol is applied, preventing re-registration.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not had any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. betjiili will attempt to contact the Player via the registered email address before applying a dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees, where applied, will be deducted from the account balance on a monthly basis. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
